Stress, Nutrition and Wellness - How to Manage it, with Sarah Keogh - Nov 14
There is a growing awareness of the importance of good food for our health and wellbeing; what we buy and eat affects our health. This is why we need to understand the nutritional value of the various foods in our diet. Changing our diet can help with various illnesses and problems, including stress, depression and even reduce tiredness. Educating children to appreciate a balanced diet, along with the necessary rest and exercise can optimise their wellbeing and prevent health and other problems in the future.
Sarah Keogh is a Consultant Dietitian with 20 years’ experience working in nutrition.
